KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 9 — The ringgit opened higher against the US dollar this morning, although the greenback had strengthened following lower-than-expected jobless claims in the United States (US), said an analyst.

KUALA LUMPUR, May 24 — The ringgit eased further in early trade on Friday in the wake of strong economic data supporting the US dollar.

KUALA LUMPUR, June 30 – The ringgit opened lower this morning against the US dollar as the greenback strengthened on the back of strong US economic data, increasing the likelihood that US interest rates will stay higher for longer.
